Launch a Security Cloud Control Tenant

Launch a Security Cloud Control tenant to access tenant settings, administration, and management functions.

Use the Cisco Security Cloud Sign-On dashboard to access your Security Cloud Control tenant. The system will direct you to the appropriate tenant or portal based on your existing user records.

Procedure

Step 1

Click the appropriate Security Cloud Control button for your region on the Cisco Security Cloud Sign-On dashboard.

Step 2

Click the authenticator logo to choose Duo Security or Google Authenticator if you have set up both authenticators.

  • If you already have a user record on an existing tenant, you are logged in to that tenant.

  • If you already have a user record on several portals, you will be able to choose which portal to connect to.

  • If you already have a user record on several tenants, you will be able to choose which Security Cloud Control tenant to connect to.

  • If you do not already have a user record on an existing tenant, you will be able to learn more about Security Cloud Control or request a trial tenant.

The Portals view retrieves and displays consolidated information from multiple tenants.

The Tenant view shows several tenants on which you have a user record.

The Tenant view displays a list of available tenants and portals, allowing users to select their active tenant or request a trial tenant if they do not have a user record.

You are successfully logged in to your Security Cloud Control tenant or can select from available tenants and portals based on your user records.
