About MSSP Dashboard

The MSSP dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of the status and health of the devices, cloud services, and firewall managers onboarded to the tenants in your MSSP portal.

This dashboard uses predefined widgets, which are small, self-contained components that provide insights into different aspects of the security devices, cloud services, and firewall managers. You cannot customize these widgets, but you can rearrange them by dragging and dropping them into your preferred order.

• General overview: Provides a high-level overview of the connectivity status of the Devices, Cloud services, and Firewall managers, that are categorized as Unreachable, Pending action, Other, and Online. The Configuration state widget provides an overview of the configuration state of the devices categorized as Conflict detected, Not synced, and Synced.

• Health overview: Provides a centralized, high-level view of the critical performance indicators such as CPU, memory, disk usage, and interface statistics of the Secure Firewall ASA devices managed by your tenants. For more information, see View the Health Overview Dashboard in the MSSP Portal.
